Sensitive Data Platform (SDP) Agent 13.3 Release Notes

Release: 13.3

Release Date: 12.16.2024

Enhancements

1. Optimized the workflow engine memory usage to process faster and reduce the memory required to process large files.

2. Encryption has been enhanced around the transfer of results between the Agents and SDP services.

3. For Windows 11, the scans can be configured to accept only HTTPS and TLS 1.3.

4. Temp File management has been enhanced to save time and reduce space during scanning. Compressed files are now decompressed one file at a time and are retained until each discovered location within that compressed file has been evaluated.

Bug Fixes

1. Resolved issue with PostreSQL where tables with few records were not scanned.

2. Corrected Activity Agent to eliminate registration failures.

3. Corrected issue where the API token was persisted to the IDF log when used for an ODBC connection string.

4. When configuring a SharePoint target, the Console UI and the Agent GUI now enforce the same field validation requirements. The password is now required whether configuring for username/password or certificate authentication.

5. Corrected error where SharePoint scans of multiple targets were not consistently showing all the targets in the Target Being Scanned column.

6. Optimized the results payload so that location actions are sent once per location in a separate payload element instead of sending them for each match within the location.

7. Corrected an issue where the Agent GUI does not display information in the Classification Column of files that contain classification. Now, the classification on the file displays in the Classification Column in the Agent GUI. This feature can be disable as well.

8. Updated the Agent installer to preserve existing RabbitMQ users when RabbitMQ is already installed.

9. Resolved an issue where Playbooks using multiple decision nodes overrode or omitted actions of previous nodes.

10. Updated retry logic to consider specific 4xx and 5xx response codes to improve agent-console communication resiliency.

11. Updated policy to enforce search node(s) to only scan the table and row offsets that are provided in the connection string.

12. Optimized Discovery scan Row Count Stop configuration so that it enforces the limit for rows scanned and records written to the Discovery queue.

13. Updated Agent Shipper logs to automatically increment a new log file when the current log reaches 200mb.

14. Resolved SQL scan error where scans were not limited to specific tables as defined in policy.

15. Resolved issue with playbook execution when location on SharePoint is either manually classified or selected to override actions.

16. Solved issue with playbook execution when location on GoogleDrive and OneDrive are either manually classified or selected to override actions.

17. Resolved an issue where shredding SharePoint files was not reflected in the Most Recent Action column.

18. Added keyword configuration for Driver License data type to provide improved results matching.

19. Resolved an issue in where Agents used in distributed scans encounter errors due to Microsoft OneDrive throttling.

20. Resolved intermittent Exchange Online distributed scan error where scan may not complete as expected.

21. Resolved RabbitMQ Installation Location issue when upgrading 12.5.1 Agents to 13.3.

22. Resolved Exchange Online Resiliency to move to next mailbox if an issue is encountered rather than ending the scan.
